Successful restate developer and fashion industry collaborator Avi Oster has had a busy year. His involvement with two recent successful New York City special events confirms his rising status amongst New York’s most influential and exciting figures.
Oster has already achieved a high level of success as the principal of Oster Properties, a real estate management and development company. Oster Properties purchases, develops, and owns shopping centers and residential and hospitality properties throughout the tri-state area.
Even though Avi has carved out the successful real estate career, his passions for philanthropy and fashion have driven him to pursue other opportunities. His most recent venture into the fashion industry has allowed him to collaborate with a number of well known designers and to be a part of Nolcha Fashion Week.
His love of fashion has led him to support some of his favorite up and coming designers. Oster recently co-hosted the Southern Crawl, which was a successful re-launch of designer Catherine Fulmer’s Fall 2011 Collection. This New York fashion event provided guests with a fresh look at Fulmer’s southerly influenced fall line of clothing along with an evening of music and entertainment.
Oster also recently co-hosted 360 Induced, a New York networking event, along with Grammy Superstar Ne-Yo. This event brought together a diverse mix of some of New York’s most talented names in entertainment, fashion, finance, music, philanthropy and government. As Oster becomes a prominent figure that is well known in fashion, real estate, and entertainment, we can watch as his star rises and his influential presence grows.
